Return & Refund on Viva Player Policy
You have 7 calendar days to return your viva player device from the date it was sent to you to be eligible for a full refund of your viva player. Customers that use and return their viva players will be charged a re-stocking fee of $40 and a partial refund for the balance of the orginal price less re-stocking fee. The item must be returned in working conditions within 7 days of your subscripstion being canceled and in the viva player most be in the new and unwraped or open but in working condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging if new and unused. Any item returned used and not in the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund and can be shipped back at customers at customer expense. If your return is eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to you and it should reflect in you payment within 10 business days of the date item is received.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for items not eligible for refund. All Shipping costs are non refundable.

Vivalive tv is a pre-paid service that is non refundable after customer subscrisbes. Customer receive the month of service that they have pre-paid before service is suspended .
